DESCRIPTION:The Fear of Being Loved Enough To Matter\nONLINE Live Group on Zoom – November 11th\, 2025\nOh\, this is a juicy one folks. It’s come to my attention that a lot of folks say\, “I just didn’t want to be a bother” when they leave it too long to ask for help with something in their lives\, their health\, their relationships\, their career\, their home\, their mental health. \nThis got me thinking about what’s behind this mentality. Likely a belief about not being loveable but it feels like it’s more than that. Don’t you think? \nMy suspicions are that it’s also a sense of fear of being loved enough to matter. A fear of being noticed\, being the focus in our moments of vulnerability. Having little experience with being seen when we don’t have it all together. \nOn offer with this evening event is 90 minutes to explore this theme with me and not just speak to\, discuss and understand it but also to treat this feeling and the roots of this renunciation of our right to love\, attention and importance. \nWe can’t simply tell ourselves to accept help when we have a block of fear and resistance in our way. It won’t work for long to push through.
